Regional Gin Christian Drouin's Gin cider apples
In 2015, we presented our first bottles of Gin, happy to create a unique recipe incorporating more than thirty varieties of cider apples as well as 7 botanicals chosen for their marriage with Juniper and apple. Each botanical is macerated and distilled separately according to a unique process to extract the quintessence of the aromas. In this short video, Guillaume Drouin goes back over the history of our Gin and the stages of its production.
