For three generations, the Drouin family has been producing great Calvados in the Pays d'Auge, seeking to express all the complexity of Normandy's cider apple varieties.

The White One:

This brandy has its roots in Norman traditions, where it was customary to consume the white brandy fresh from the still to appreciate its fresh apple aromas. Double distillation in a copper still gives it elegance and roundness.

By pouring a little Blanche into a frosted glass, you can experience the liveliness of the aromas of Normandy fruits.

As an aperitif, Blanche can be used as a cocktail base or as a long drink. It can also be enjoyed over ice. Chilled, it makes a refreshing digestif.

Calvados Reserve Pays-d'Auge:

Blend of fruity and supple eaux-de-vie.

Golden yellow color, aromas of fruit and flowers, delicately woody. The first spices (vanilla, cinnamon) develop.

Christian Drouin's Domfrontais:

Coming from our establishment located in Domfront , Le Domfrontais de Christian Drouin is a blend of calvados aged between 3 and 5 years in small oak barrels.

The Calvados Domfrontais appellation derives its originality from the high percentage of perry pears and its simple distillation in a column still.

The pear trees of the Domfront region, some of which are centuries old, are large trees that produce small fruits with subtle aromas and a distinct acidity. These pears (about 60% of the fruit used in combination with cider apples) bring freshness, elegance, and lightness to create a particularly fruity Calvados.
