Collection: Imprisoned Apple

The art of growing an apple inside a bottle.

In May, glass carafes are hung on apple trees so the fruit can grow inside them. Once the apple reaches full maturity, it is harvested along with the bottle, which is then filled with Calvados. After several months of maceration, the apple and the Calvados have blended their aromas.
This is arguably the fruitiest of all Calvados.
