We invite you to discover three iconic and unique selections in this discovery offer.

For three generations, the Drouin family has been producing exceptional Calvados in the Pays d'Auge, striving to capture the full complexity of Normandy’s cider apple varieties.

La Blanche:

This eau-de-vie is deeply rooted in Norman traditions, where it was customary to enjoy the clear spirit straight from the still to appreciate its fresh apple aromas. The double distillation in copper stills gives it both elegance and roundness.

By pouring a small amount of Blanche into a frosted glass, you'll experience the vibrant bouquet of Norman fruits.

As an apéritif, Blanche can be used as a base for cocktails or long drinks. It’s also delightful served on the rocks. When chilled, it makes for a refreshing digestif.

Calvados Reserve Pays-d'Auge:

A blend of fruity and smooth eaux-de-vie.

Golden yellow in color, with aromas of fruit and flowers, and subtle notes of oak. The first spices—vanilla and cinnamon—begin to emerge.

Christian Drouin's Domfrontais:

Produced at our estate in Domfront, Christian Drouin’s Le Domfrontais is a blend of Calvados aged between 3 to 5 years in small oak casks.

The Calvados Domfrontais appellation is unique due to its high proportion of perry pears and its use of single distillation in a column still.

The pear trees of the Domfront region, some over a hundred years old, are tall and majestic, bearing small fruits with subtle aromas and bright acidity. These pears—making up about 60% of the fruit used alongside cider apples—bring freshness, elegance, and lightness, resulting in a particularly fruity Calvados.
