Double distillation in a copper pot still. Aged in used calvados barrels, plus 3 years in used Tokaj barrels. Dark amber colour.

A complex and lively bouquet with hints of currant, dried apricot, honey and cooked apple. Fresh and expressive in the mouth with a long finish. Endnotes of walnut and hazelnut.
