Calvados Pays d'Auge 1991 vintage

Aged in old calvados casks. Deep copper colour. 

Light and voluptuous nose with delicately ginger and cinnamon spiced apple jelly hints, evolving towards flowery (honeysuckle) and cloves fragrances. 

Soft fine mouth of flowers and dried fruit with a chocolate finale.
