Calvados Pays d'Auge Vintage 1976

Ageing finished in sherry casks (less than two years). 

Deep amber colour with hints of mahogany. Powerful nose exhales aromas of cumin. Dried plums. 

Palate : very mellow, soft tannins, very good structure, extraordinary length.
