Comments by Martine Nouet at a lunch of the Gastronomic Press on May 17, 2003 :- Colour : copper with old gold reflections- Nose : aromas of cider apples, citrus fruits (grapefruit), dried herbs, wild mint. The wood present remains discreetly in the background, with notes of cinnamon and liquorice.

Round, soft nose with almonds and brewers, yeast aromas.
The mouth is slightly tannic with a hint of bitterness.
