H ine Angels is a magnificent 17 year old Calvados Pays d'Auge which has completed its aging with a 6 month finish in 3 old Hine Cognac barrels.

“I remember a trip to Cognac a few years ago where I was lucky enough to stop at Hine and enjoy a wonderful vertical of old vintage cognac, comfortably seated in the Hine lounges.

Few Cognac estates can offer such a beautiful journey through time through a range of vintages.

Traditionally, we've often used old Cognac barrels to age our Calvados. These barrels bring floral flavors and silky tannins. So, it came naturally to me to try using some of their barrels for our Experimental range.

I chose a 17-year-old Calvados from Pays d'Auge with great depth to pair with the flavors of Hine cognac.”

Excellent

N’etant pas un fin connaisseur mais un grand amateur de Calvados habitué aux marques plus grand public, car j’habite aux Etats-Unis et le choix est limité, je reconnais la qualité supérieure de votre Calvados. J’ai hate de pouvoir gouter a vos autres liqueurs.
